About
Airbnb is changing its house rules, and hosts will no longer be able to require guests to do chores like washing dishes or stripping beds under a new policy taking effect on November 20. With cleaning fees already part of many bookings, what does this mean for holiday home operators? We get the perspective of Ryan Ingram, Founder of Vacant Nests, on how the changes could affect hosts, guest expectations and the short-term rental business in the UAE. Ryan also leads Nest Ready, a property furnishing and interiors business, and Vesty Real Estate, a Dubai-based property advisory and brokerage.
