In a surprise follow-up to last week's episode, Bartleby asks us to consider how propaganda is effectively used in warfare and how a country could protect itself from it, if only they were trustworthy. Without trust, it turns out that cartoon lego rap videos are a valid form of political discourse. Artemius still manages to discuss the Tao Te Ching, but only just barely, in another ever-elusive episode of Meta-Cosmos!
