On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, there’s nothing new to report about Zelensky, who has made significant mistakes that he needs to fix. Although Ukraine is important, Congress should start prioritizing the economy. The focus should be on fostering economic growth and prosperity, and Congress must take urgent legislative action to achieve these goals – President Trump can’t do it alone. Also, the border issue is rarely discussed anymore, which highlights the remarkable impact of Trump’s actions in less than six weeks. Illegal border crossings have dropped significantly, as people are no longer even attempting to enter unlawfully. Despite repeated claims that bipartisan legislation was necessary to secure the border, Trump proved those assertions—made by Democrats—were false by addressing the issue single-handedly.  Democrats were so desperate to allow as many illegal immigrants as possible into the country to alter the electorate in their favor. For the Democratic Party, their own power takes precedence over the nation’s interests.  Afterward, Sen Chris Murphy and other Democrats met with Ukrainian President Zelensky before his meeting with Trump, urging him not to sign the minerals deal. The Democrats advised Zelensky to prioritize security arrangements. The Democrats' actions undermined Trump's deal, and Zelensky was foolish enough to go along with it. President Zelensky is playing into Putin's hands!  He needs to suck it up, apologize to President Trump and do what's right for his country and sign that minerals deal.  It benefits the Ukrainian people with U.S. capital investment, the presence of untold numbers of American businesses and citizens, the gradual re-building of the Ukrainian infrastructure, and the American national security interests that flow from it, etc.  Russia and China would be furious with such a deal as the United States will acquire much-needed rare earth minerals. Later, Sen Eric Schmitt calls in to explain that a $36 trillion national debt is unsustainable. It’s great that DODE and Elon Musk are digging in. USAID was a great place to start for DOGE- it was indefensible. Finally, eight years ago on March 2, 2017, Mark first revealed the Spygate scandal on this program, using public records and articles to present the facts. It was based on FBI and White House leaks to the media, which confirmed that Trump was being spied on, rooted in evidence, not conspiracy. For the first time we play that show and hear exactly how the facts were laid out.

The Best Of Mark Levin - 3/1/25
This week on the Mark Levin Show, it’s amazing that any company would put Joy Reid on the air. She’s very dangerous and she finally got fired from MSNBC. The fact that she held a position with a massive company is an embarrassment. Trump revokes Biden's arms policy towards Israel, also, reform Jewish organizations have united to oppose Mike Huckabee’s confirmation as U.S. Ambassador to Israel. Their problem is that Huckabee has strong pro-Israel, pro-American, and pro-Christian stances. These opposing groups are merely left-wing Democratic organizations masquerading as religious ones. There are two views of law: Republicans uphold a just, principle-based law rooted in natural rights and Judeo-Christian values that strengthen culture and family, while Democrats favor a power-driven, arbitrary law that disregards the Constitution and seeks to control society, breaking generational bonds. Also, President Trump’s idea of selling U.S. citizenship for $5 million could generate revenue rather than burden resources like hospitals and schools, which the left tolerates with open borders. President Trump's proposed minerals deal would massively benefit both the U.S. and Ukraine. We'd gain access to billions, maybe trillions, in rare earth minerals and metals from Ukraine, boosting American businesses and jobs there. Ukraine would get huge investment and revenue in return. Plus, a strong U.S. presence would likely deter Russia from invading again, making NATO membership less critical for Ukraine. Heated and emotional exchanges happen privately between nations, but Zelenskyy shouldn’t have argued publicly— the focus was finalizing a deal that was supposedly already set.

Liberty and Learning - Part Six

Liberty and Learning - Part Six
In the latest episode of Liberty and Learning, Mark Levin and Dr. Larry Arnn engage in a captivating discussion about the role of federal district judges and their impact on the executive branch. As the conversation unfolds, they explore the historical context of judicial power, the implications of overreach by judges, and the urgent need for Congress to take action to restore balance within the government.

Levin and Arnn begin by discussing how federal judges are created by Congress and the limitations of their authority. They highlight the importance of the separation of powers, a fundamental principle that ensures no single branch of government can dominate the others. This principle is crucial for maintaining the rule of law and protecting the rights of citizens.

One of the key points raised is the alarming trend of federal judges making nationwide rulings that disrupt the functioning of the executive branch. Levin and Arnn argue that this overreach not only violates the common sense understanding of judicial authority but also undermines the very foundation of our constitutional system. They emphasize that judges should only decide cases that directly involve the parties before them, rather than issuing sweeping injunctions that affect the entire nation.

As the conversation progresses, the duo delves into the role of Congress in addressing judicial overreach. They stress that Congress has the power to legislate and could easily pass laws to limit the authority of district judges. This is a crucial point, as it highlights the responsibility of elected officials to uphold the Constitution and ensure that the government operates within its designated boundaries.

The discussion also touches on the historical significance of the Dred Scott decision, which serves as a reminder of the potential consequences of judicial overreach. Levin and Arne draw parallels between past and present, suggesting that we are at a critical juncture in history where the balance of power is being tested once again.

Liberty and Learning with Mark Levin and Larry Arnn is a 10-part series, hosted by veteran broadcaster and constitutional law expert, Mark Levin, and his good friend, Dr. Larry Arnn, President of Hillsdale College, dives deep into the founding principles of the U.S., as Americans face both crisis and opportunity. Levin and Arnn take listeners on a journey forward, as they unpack the country’s basic foundations and the self-government they require.

Mark Levin and Dr. Arnn bring their knowledge and wisdom to bear in a candid conversation between lifelong friends on today’s latest news events. They will touch on the points of crisis in America, addressing each in light of our constitutional government, and tackling the pressing issues of our time to see how they fit into the grand tapestry of American history. The discussion will delve deep into the issues at the forefront of our nation’s concerns, like education, borders, citizenship, separation of powers, state and local government, and much more.

On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, there are two views of law: Republicans uphold a just, principle-based law rooted in natural rights and Judeo-Christian values that strengthen culture and family, while Democrats favor a power-driven, arbitrary law that disregards the Constitution and seeks to control society, breaking generational bonds. Also, President Trump’s idea of selling U.S. citizenship for $5 million could generate revenue rather than burden resources like hospitals and schools, which the left tolerates with open borders.  While millionaires would still need vetting, this outside-the-box proposal doesn’t cheapen citizenship—unlike unchecked immigration—and deserves serious exploration. Later, the left is upset that Jeff Bezos is setting the editorial direction for his own paper, hoping to save it, and that direction appears to be toward liberty and prosperity, something they hate. Let’s hope he succeeds in this, despite the howls of the hate America crowd. Afterward, what is liberty?  It’s a very important question because it relates to spending and the size of government. The word liberty is never used by the left. Democrats do not embrace the circle of liberty. Finally, Stephen A Smith calls in to explain that James Carville got upset when he pointed out that the Democrats are a mess. They have no national voice to carry the party right now.

Mark Levin Audio Rewind - 2/25/25
On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, the U.S. and Ukraine are finalizing a rare earths mineral deal, which is a brilliant business partnership countering Russia’s interest in Ukraine’s resources, a key motive for Putin’s invasion. This arrangement beats Ukraine joining NATO and surpasses the Marshall Plan, benefiting both nations as an investment—not spending—yielding huge returns for Americans while bolstering national security for the U.S. and Ukraine, and sending a clear message to Russia, China, and others. Also, reform Jewish organizations have united to oppose Mike Huckabee’s confirmation as U.S. Ambassador to Israel. Their problem is that Huckabee has strong pro-Israel, pro-American, and pro-Christian stances. These opposing groups are merely left-wing Democratic organizations masquerading as religious ones.  Later, Elon Musk has given federal government workers a final warning for not replying to a second email asking what they’ve accomplished. He aims to confirm their identities and ensure they’re actually working, pushing for accountability despite pushback from bureaucrats. Afterward, an ethics watchdog has raised concerns about Sen Sheldon Whitehouse aiding his wife in securing millions for a nonprofit. A criminal investigation into Whitehouse is warranted to assess whether he cast votes to personally benefit himself financially. Finally, a Muslim scholar explains that that the foundation of Israel is rooted in faith and scripture rather than solely in historical or archaeological evidence. The Jewish people have a divine connection to the land.

On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, it’s amazing that any company would put Joy Reid on the air. She’s very dangerous and she finally got fired from MSNBC. The fact that she held a position with a massive company is an embarrassment. Also, congratulations to Dan Bongino on his very important post – Deputy FBI Director. It’s a hands-on position, and no one is better suited for this role. There’s no better team than FBI Director Kash Patel and Bongino. They are exactly what’s needed: a no-nonsense approach to law and order. Later, Generals shouldn’t assume they have lifetime roles, and those pushing personal agendas should be removed, as President Trump and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth are doing by eliminating radical left policies that have undermined the military. This cleanup seems to be a recurring task for Republican presidents after Democratic ones, reflecting our support and honor for the military. A President needs loyalty to his public agenda, not his personal one. Afterward, what’s wrong with receiving an e-mail asking ‘what did you do last week?’ It’s a massive bureaucracy and we need to know who you are and what you’re doing. DOGE is a threat to the government within the government. Finally, you might believe you own your home, but if you fail to pay property taxes, the government has the power to seize it. The government determines the tax amount, and challenging this decision can feel nearly impossible. There’s something fundamentally unfair about this system.

The Best Of Mark Levin - 2/22/25
This week on the Mark Levin Show, critics are trashing Attorney General Pam Bondi and the Department of Justice for allegedly politicizing prosecutions and investigations. Despite the increasingly alarmist claims about the politicization of the Trump DOJ, the Supreme Court needs to disregard the noise from commentators and swiftly address the judicial overreach by lower court judges who are usurping fundamental executive powers. These district judges are severely undermining the separation of powers and representative government, eroding public trust in the judiciary. It is their politicization that poses a real threat to the justice system. It has become evident that federal trial courts are engaged in a non-violent insurrection against the elected President and the executive branch, as these judges issue rulings on decisions made by the Trump administration. Later, this week marked the 80th anniversary of the Battle of Iwo Jima, a brutal conflict against the Japanese in WWII. It’s very important to remember these battles. One might ponder if, even back then, some accused the U.S. of sparking the conflict by provoking Japan. Aggregator sites like Drudge and Mediaite, often run by left-wing individuals, spin content from this show to create misleading headlines, such as claiming Levin is defying President Trump over his views on Putin, and Zelensky. This narrative is pseudo-news meant to provoke a nonexistent feud – it won’t work.
