What's more important, the story or the storyteller?
Inspired by my latest conversation with broadcast journalist Eiten Zeerban, this week's Off Track explores the storytelling world, and who really holds the power; the substance of the story, or the person delivering it.
After 20 years of corporate presentations, I've forgotten almost every slide and story, but I still remember many of the people who delivered them and how they made me feel.
From storytelling techniques to a rather unfortunate Gingerbread Man, I explore why simplicity, emotion and, above all, trust are what make human connections memorable. Something at the very heart of Talk Human.
