
Valuing yourself is one of the largest aspects of loving yourself, and yet it is probably the most misunderstood and underutilized aspect of being healthy. Our societies around the world don't make valuing yourself a comfortable experience. Standing up for yourself, enforcing healthy boundaries, and holding habits of self-worth can seem backwards in a world that encourages us to sit down, be quiet, go to work, and go with the flow. Sometimes loving yourself requires you to rock the boat so that you can truly love yourself. Please join me as I share my wisdom on how to value yourself.
