David is the author of a new book “Revenue Growth Model – Chief Revenue Officer’s Guide” which was referred to me by our recent podcast guest Alice Heiman.  As soon as I saw the referral, I recognized David from my work with the Alexander Group from years past.  The Alexander group is one of the elite boutique sales consulting firms in the US and David is a Revenue Growth Advisor there.
