We start with a quote that says “less worship, more understanding”. From that initial thought, we dive into topics that many people wrestle with from all faith backgrounds and even those with no faith at all. We discuss practices that can enrich our lives and free us to enjoy it. And we talk through the concept of the beginner's mind and learning to understand ourselves better instead of constantly reaching outside ourselves for validation.
