Here is a raw, unedited recording from November, recorded from a parking lot on my college campus before walking into my Tai Chi class. It is interesting to think about all of the big changes that have occurred in my life during that time, but especially since then. No matter what, though, I have kept a similar mindset regarding how to be selfish in an effective way--for me. That is just what I touch on in this episode, with some overall life reflections as well as plenty of "likes" and "ums" on the side.
