Vocabulary:


    blisko – close




    niedaleko – not far




    daleko – far




    bardzo daleko – very far




Example Sentences:


    Lublin jest blisko. (Lublin is close.)




    Kraków jest niedaleko. (Kraków is not far.)




    Zakopane jest daleko. (Zakopane is far.)




    Gdańsk jest bardzo daleko. (Gdańsk is very far.)

Vocabulary:


    ile kosztuje? – how much does it cost?




    drogo – expensive




    bardzo drogo – very expensive




Examples:


    Hotel kosztuje sto złotych. (The hotel costs 100 zł.)




    Kawa kosztuje sto złotych. To bardzo drogo. (Coffee costs 100 zł. That's very expensive.)




    Hotel w Krakowie kosztuje czterysta złotych. (Hotel in Kraków costs 400 zł.)




🧾 Try it:




    Ile kosztuje hotel w Harare? (How much is the hotel in Harare?)
    → trzysta złotych




    Czy to drogo? (Is it expensive?)
    → Tak, bardzo drogo.
