It is a foregone conclusion in many camps that if we were accepted to the same a school, attended the same classes, studied under the same professor, we have the same thoughts. In fact such presumption is the reason, in days now past, an MBA from a prestigious university was a meal ticket to a great career.
Good leaders know a great mind is the result of great effort, independent thinking, testing and experience not indoctrination. Sometimes great minds are troublesome and often great minds are troubled but the results of a great mind is innovation, invention and revolution level breakthroughs.
