ABOUT THIS VIDEO

Meet Kris Langworthy

Real World Experience

Kris grew up on a dairy farm in rural Minnesota, where she learned early to work hard, care deeply and navigate whatever the season brings.

She carried those lessons into more than 30 years of healthcare experience as a registered nurse, nurse manager, clinical nurse instructor, and workplace chaplain.

Along the way, she also experienced leadership from multiple perspectives—as an employee, manager, educator, coach, ministry leader, and business owner.

And she discovered something important:

Being highly capable at what you do doesn’t automatically prepare you for the complexities of leading people.

Leadership requires you to understand yourself, communicate with people who may think very differently than you, navigate difficult situations, make confident decisions, and stay focused on what you’re trying to accomplish.

And when the pressure rises, all of that can become even more challenging.

That’s why Kris believes better leadership starts with better understanding.

Today, she works with owners, leaders, and managers to better understand themselves, the people around them, and what they’re trying to accomplish—so they can communicate more effectively, navigate challenges with confidence, and lead with greater intention.
