LDP Proposes Kumamoto Restoration Measures to PM Takaichi

A group of lawmakers from Japan's ruling Liberal Democratic Party has proposed a set of measures to help reconstruct the southwestern prefecture of Kumamoto, hit hard by a powerful earthquake about a month ago.
