KDDI Co-Founder's Children Fail to Pay Taxes on Lifetime Gifts

Four children of Sachio Senmoto, co-founder of one of the predecessors of telecommunications carrier KDDI Corp., had failed to pay taxes on lifetime gifts from their father, it was learned Thursday.
