Laura explains what Mantle makes, from machines that wrap fresh pizzas and seal ready-meal trays, to the consumables that go with them, all manufactured on-site by a small team. We talk about their global distributor network, how the business has evolved since it was founded in 1997, and what it is really like running a multi-generation family business where everyone has different strengths and roles.
