Understanding Sports Broadcasting Rights in Nigeria.

Sometime in 2020, the Nigerian Government issued a regulation from the office of the Minister of Information & Culture prohibiting exclusive rights (license) in broadcasting sports events 🤔


To me, this was not a step back but rather it defeated the purpose of #intellectualproperty
