One year of saying I’m in - Special

Cast your minds back to Tuesday 6th July 2021.  It was the day of the IOH AGM.  At the end of formal proceedings, I was lucky enough to have a chat with three wonderful members from within the IOH on why they said “I’m In”.  Those wonderful members were Katariina Reissaar AIH, Paresh Vara MIH and Stephen Carter FIH.  Back then, this podcast didn’t even exist.  How things change.

One year on, I welcomed them back to see how the year has mapped out for them and whether they are enjoying the direction of travel into 2022.
