It’s important to analysing all areas of your business and seeing where improvements can be made through innovationInnovation can be a small change, doesn’t always have to be a huge moveInnovation can come from anyone within your organisationTake each challenge on its own meritsHospitality can be a hotbed for innovation as it is forever changingKeeping on top of consumer trends can help you see where innovations are comingIn pursuit of innovation, always ensure you are protecting the here and nowInnovation should be all about making guests and teams experience betterKeeping yourself updated on what is out there is keyYou don’t have to go full on into full scale innovation, phased innovation can be just as effective and sometimes necessaryInnovation has a different meaning for everyoneToday’s innovations often become tomorrow normsKeep innovation as part of your overall journey, not your destination
