What's the Story you keep telling yourself?

What if the way you see life is not really how it is? We all build an understanding of the world and most of it is told to us without us having to really discover what it is. In this age of social media, a lot of experiences is being circulated and distributed and shared. This seems like progression, which it is but it also can work against our best interest. If working negatively, it can impact the stories we have told ourselves countless times as to how life is. Life is not how you see it, its how you make the best of it and what you make with what you got where you are today.
