Time to kick off the summer voting battle of the year!! Its Battleshack 6 pt 1 for your ears today! We are running through 25 acts twice over the next 2 shows! Voting will open at Halshack.com after next weeks show airs! Voting will be open all summer long until Sept 7! This is your chance to make the top 10 show and crown your favorite bands king of the Halshack for 2026! Bands you may expect to hear are not eligible for this contest for many reasons. These are new bands brought into the show over the last year since the last contest. Older bands have already been in previous contests plus not all bands or artists qualify. This is a select list from 100 new acts brought in since last summer across multiple genres. 

There will be a second show next week covering another song from these same bands to help make your decisions! YOU WILL VOTE FOR 3 BANDS (no more no less) or YOUR VOTE WILL NOT COUNT! YOU HAVE TO VOTE FOR 3 ACTS!
