However, there are those with same or even better skills that use them to manipulate end users through scams, phishing or hacking of any kind for gluttony purposes or those that prioritize profit maximization on the advantage of end users' private data that is leaked under the umbrella of 'boring legal information' about data privacy.

These have retarded the agenda of software programming as a service but rather an indirect and sometimes understandably legal money laundering scheme that is growing from the top big tech in the Silicon Valley all the way to the dark web.
