The holidays are here again… and for some of us, that means facing the season without the person who once made it shine.

I don’t talk about grief from a clinical lens or a checklist of “stages.” I speak from the heart about what it truly does to your mind, your body, your spirit. About what it feels like to cook their favorite dish, hang their ornament, and still have to stop for a moment to steady yourself.
