Lady Cats vs CCCHS 11-28-22

The CoachT Ranked #4 Greenbrier Lady Cats are 3-0. 

Hosting #5 Ranked by CoachT, Cheatham Lady Cubs are 2-1. The lone loss is to Creek Wood.

Don’t get it twisted. This is still a Jim Gibbs Coached Lady Cub team. They may have lost some of their power over the last couple seasons, since that state championship team, but I guarantee you they will be one of the most disciplined teams we face this season. The Lady Cats will need to play smart ball in order to break a two game skid against the Lady Cubs that dates back to early 2021. That win, only the second in thirty recorded contests, came in 2011(via CoachT).

Won over West Creek just before Thanksgiving, 61-35

Ellie Pardue led Cheatham in scoring with 17 points. Montana Lee added 12. Ten different Lady Cubs scored in the contest.

Cheatham was 22-8, with a loss to SummerTown in the R5AA SemiFinals
