About
Alfie Amayo began his journey in London, where he was surely going to become a doctor, until delivering a baby made him realize he wanted to do something else entirely. Long story short, he dropped out and built an award-winning gin distillery from scratch in Cambodia. In today’s episode, we talk about cocktail lore, being in your "yes" phase, and how it's never too late to start again from scratch.
