Ru: На краю фермы, под городком Суздалем, Иван встал на крыльцо дома.
En: At the edge of the farm near the town of Suzdal, Ivan stepped onto the porch of the house.
Ru: Солнце выглянуло из-за серых туч, бросая блёклый свет на заснеженные поля.
En: The sun peeked out from behind gray clouds, casting a pale light on the snow-covered fields.
Ru: Высокие деревья стояли как стражи, охраняя покой зимы.
En: Tall trees stood like guardians, protecting the peace of winter.
Ru: Уже пахло весной, но снег всё ещё покрывал землю, словно нежное одеяло.
En: It already smelled like spring, but snow still covered the ground like a gentle blanket.
Ru: — Здравствуй, дружище, — раздался голос.
