Pb: A chuva batia suave nas janelas do hospital, acompanhada pelo ar frio e cortante do inverno em São Paulo.
En: The rain gently tapped on the windows of the hospital, accompanied by the cold, biting winter air in São Paulo.
Pb: Dentro, o ambiente era ainda mais frio, mas com um sentido de urgência frenético.
En: Inside, the environment was even colder but fraught with a frantic sense of urgency.

Pb: Pessoas tossiam e espirravam enquanto esperavam suas vez.
