In episode 95 of Jason Verney’s “F.L.I.C.K.S.” we take a look at the Bong Joon-ho film, "Mickey 17" which I recently witnessed twice in the UK.
Subjects touched on, which all vaguely revolve around "Mickey 17" include meeting Bong Joon-ho, his previous film projects, how this one has been perhaps 'dumbed-down' or Americanised [a little like Bong Joon-ho's "Snowpiercer" and "Okja"] and venues in Bristol... especialy the amazing & independent cinema, The Watershed.
The main part of the episode was recorded whilst 'on the go', 'on the move' and therefore 'on the fly'.
I hope you enjoy what I have to say...
The bulk of episode 95 was recorded on 13th April 2025 in Bristol, England/UK.
