Peaks to Points - Antarctica

Eco Radio

About
Hosts: Dave (He/Him) and Andy (He/Him)

Today on the show we are talking to Peaks to Points festival organiser, Lynn Whitfield. Peaks to points is a biennial community environment event that includes 80 small events over two weeks across Brisbane, Ipswich, Redlands, Logan & Scenic Rim regions. It’s like a 2 week bushcare festival and it encompasses many bushcare, environmental workshops and forest tours so we will be talking to Lynn all about the 20 year old festival.

We are also lucky enough to be playing an interview Vlad has done with documentary filmmaker Dan Brunskill. Vlad talks to Dan about his film Antarctica: Life at the edge, which digs into the animals and micro organisms that make one of the world's harshest environments their home.
