Anthony Bourdain was a hero of the hole in the wall. The celebrity cook and TV host reached cult status for exposing people to kitchen culture, new cuisines and a different way of seeing the world. Canadian filmmaker Matt Johnson's new biopic Tony aims to show a lesser known side of Bourdain: his first summer in the kitchen as a 19-year-old who thought he knew everything.
