Now that the con has come and gone, here's our collective thoughts on it all! Ian, Kris, Raph and Jamal return from the preview and primer episode, and are joined as well by longtime friend of the show Chad Burdette of Comic Watch, and longtime listener, first time guest Britton Payne! We discuss a wide variety of con related topics, including Britton's time getting to be on the CBLDF panel, Kris got a tour of all things Hasbro, news and experiences from Jamal attending this year's Retailer Summit on the Wednesday of the con, major Marvel announcements such as Kevin Smith writing the Star Wars/Marvel crossover miniseries, getting to see 95 year-old William Shatner in the flesh at this year's Star Trek panel, this year's Harvey Awards and its Hall of Fame, how the floor and Artist Alley compared to previous cons, what it's like when it rains and everyone's stuck inside, swag and purchases made, a multitude of panels attended, cool cosplay, attending all days versus attending some days, and so much more!
