Carrboro Mayor Barbara Foushee spoke with 97.9 The Hill’s Andrew Stuckey on Friday, September 11, discussing town news and events. She talked about the Second Fridays ArtWalk happening downtown tonight, and the vibrancy that provides the downtown area. She also discussed a new community composting program that provides compost drop-off locations around the county. She previewed the coming Tuesday’s Town Council meeting, which will be the first since early in the summer, and more.
