In this week’s episode, we discuss one of the most important qualities you could have as a strength & conditioning coach, personal trainer, or movement professional … ADAPTABILITY. Your ability to react and adapt in real time to best serve the individuals you work with in real time. 


There are a lot of things in life that require a certain level of resourcefulness and agility. With coaching, it’s important that we can adjust and make changes on the fly when different challenges or limitations arise in our training environment. Of course it’s important to have foundational knowledge learned through books, articles, courses, and certifications, but adaptability is learned through EXPERIENCE when you can actually take what you’ve learned and apply it and see the impacts of it (which is why gaining experience is so important when working with humans). 


This is why I created the Coaching Foundations Course - I wanted a resource that combines the theory and knowledge about performance, movement, programming, etc with the tools to apply it in real time with real people.
