Does there need to be a selection revamp in West Indies cricket?

Everytime West Indies lose a match or series the same arguments surface - Daren Sammy is the blame? He has too much selection control? He needs to be sacked etc etc.

Machel took a look through the selection argument to add some nuance to the discussion - is there really a problem with Daren Sammy being head selector?
