The overall goal of the project is to empower the community through access to relevant information and communication through training and promotion of social, economic and cultural awareness, including local talents.  We shall focus on programmes that highlight grassroots community issues, including, but not limited to, developmental issues, health care, basic information and general education, environmental affairs, local and international, and the reflection of local culture.
