Kaitlyn Ingino is a surgical coordinator in orthopedics and Mrs. Conway America 2025. She placed 2nd runner up in the Mrs. South Carolina America pageant. She is a mother of 2 kids, a military spouse of 13 years, and when she is not working you can find her spending time with her family or volunteering in the community working with our military elite and their families. Her platform Help for the Heroes is her purpose and was created to help military spouses with their mental health by providing the appropriate resources they may need. As a military spouse, chiefs wife and former ombudsman, she has seen first hand how rewarding yet difficult it can be being a military spouse and wants to help those who are struggling. Whether it’s working with spouses or military couples ,one organization she finds truly inspiring and loves to promote is the Taya and Chris Kyle Foundation where they can help strengthen service marriages across America.
