In this special Beyond the Truck Veterans Week episode, we honor Eric Mihelich, a United States Marine who served eight courageous years on foreign soils, including combat duty defending our nation with honor, discipline, and loyalty. Eric entered the Marines as a young man with no prior experience, choosing the hardest path and persevering through every challenge that came his way.

Today, he carries that same discipline, grit, and sense of service into his professional driving career, ensuring that the goods, fuel, and supplies our country depends on reach their destinations safely. His story is one of transformation—of turning the strength learned in battle into the compassion and professionalism that define our nation’s best drivers.

Eric represents what we at Beyond the Truck call “Everyday Heroes in Tank Trucks.” We thank the National Tank Truck Carriers (NTTC) for helping us celebrate men and women like Eric—individuals who once served on foreign soil and now serve on inland roads, keeping America running strong.
