About this episode

Have you ever heard of the phrase “putting your oxygen mask on first before helping others?”. It's a safety tactic that airplanes teach to passengers and crew members in case of an emergency. This is based on the idea that if you are in the unfortunate position of being on a plane that is about to nose dive, you should place your oxygen mask on yourself FIRST before helping anyone else - including children. Otherwise, you may not be able to help anyone at all.

Just like how the way we live, some of you might have found yourself in a position where you're always helping others first, to the detriment of yourself. This selfless nature is indeed honorable but in doing so we sometimes neglect taking care of ourselves.

Take a pause and listen to this episode as I guide you through the FIVE things you must give yourself guilt-free.
