“Dovecote" - Interview with Film Co-writer / Director Marco Perego

Italian filmmaker Marco Perego joins his creative collaborator and wife Zoe Saldaña for Dovecote, a slow-burning prison drama that made it to the Oscars nominations for Best Live-Action Short. Perego breaks down how he filmed a short film in an actual Venetian prison, using female inmates as extras, and the incredible sense of community he discovered among them.
