In today's episode the group increases their friendship ratings by discussing Final Fantasy VII Rebirth. Released in 2024, developed and published by Square Enix (Creative Business Unit 1), this continuation from FF7 Remake is a turn based/action RPG is a reimagining of the 1997 classic that brought JRPGs to the West in a big way on the original PlayStation. Continuing right where the story left off on Remake, we have a whole slew of new settings, side quests, and story bits to chomp through with a varied selection of music both new and old to cover all the bases. While most of the music was originally composed for Final Fantasy VII by Nobuo Uematsu, today also features new arrangements and compositions by Shotaro Shima, Mitsuto Suzuki, Kengo Tokusashi, Ryo Furukawa, Yasunori Nishiki, Yoshinori Nakamura, and Miki Hirose.
