Hello, even though we don't know each other, let me tell you, your awesome. Here is my advice on how to manage your mental health, first of all you need to work on your help system, if your friend group doesn't go anywhere and you can seance that something is wrong, you probably need a new friend group, it's been well documented how the ambient does affect or behavior and how you think, even how you label, what you think. 2nd thing healthy habits will carry your throughout life. Exercise is just one of them, having a healthy diet will impact all your aspects of your life, same goes for meditation, you will be amazed for how much 30 min of your head, does for your week.
