Business modal canvas or BMC had been push forward as a birds-eye view of what business you want to do, or how your business currently operated, or how it should be operated. There is no business without customers. Our customer doesn’t buy a product or a service. They buy something to satisfy their need and interest. This explains the reason why the first block in the business modal canvas was the value proposition.
In this podcast, we look into what should be included in a good value proposition. What consideration need to be considered to reach to a good value proposition. It's also looking into why Instagram move to hide likes actually going against their value proposition.
