From the mid 70's Skipper has been involved in the music scene. First starting a small sound system, then created a band with Captain Rizz. Skipper was the lead vocalist & Captain Rizz the drummer, (rehersals were at Diorama studios, run by Papa Jawal). During the 80's Skipper performed as a solo artist on sound systems & stage shows throughout the UK. Since early 2000, Skipper has set up his own recording studio in Jamaica, ~Tamale Studio Productions~ Producing & recording local & international artists in the Reggae genre. His current FaceBook Live radio show promotes up & coming artists from East & West Africa, US, Europe & Jamaica. His first album 'Dont Give it Up Vol 1' consists of collaborations from all over the globe. He continues to support up & coming artists.
