Professor Kevin Jones is a Distinguished Professor in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Florida. He is also the creator of the course: Impact of Materials in Society. Dr. Jones’ areas of Interest: characterization of advanced microelectronic processing, ion implantation, epitaxial growth, elemental and compound semiconductor doping, and lithium-ion batteries.
