Today, Karen Faith joins us in a discussion about parts work and the profound impact it can have on our lives and our healing journeys. Along the way, we explore the ideas of unconditional love and welcoming and how it’s often easier to offer those to others than it is to ourselves… which led us to the complexity of defining “love.”
