EP1: Microsoft acquires Activision Blizzard in biggest tech deal ever

Wow what a start to the year.

This is definitely one of the biggest tech acquisitions ever (I’d argue Dell and EMC was more of a merger) with Microsoft going after Activision Blizzard and cementing themselves as a gaming company.
