Different type of mental health –


• Mood disorders – depression or bio-polar


Depression - A mental health disorder characterized by persistently depressed mood or loss of


interest in activities, causing significant impairment in daily.


Bipolar -is a mental illness that causes unusual shifts in a person’s mood, energy, activity levels,


and concentration. These shifts can make it difficult to carry out day-to-day tasks.


 anxiety disorders,


Anxiety -Many people worry about things such as health, money, or family problems. But


anxiety disorders involve more than temporary worry or fear. For people with an anxiety


disorder, the anxiety does not go away and can get worse over time. The symptoms can


interfere with daily activities such as job performance, schoolwork, and relationships.


 Personality disorders


Personality disorder is a mental illness that severely impacts a person’s ability to manage their


emotions. This loss of emotional control can increase impulsivity, affect how a person feels


about themselves, and negatively impact their relationships with others. 


 Psychotic disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder and many more.
