Oke-Ogun FM Alaga became a full-fledged station in August, 2009
during the Administration of His Excellency, Adebayo Alao Akala
JP, PSC, as Executive Governor of Oyo State and Late Prince
Atilade Atoyebi as Executive Chairman of the Broadcasting
Corporation of Oyo State (BCOS).
The facilities that metamorphosed into a full-fledged station
called Oke-Ogun FM previously serves as links (booster) station
relaying signals received from the mother station in lbadan to the nooks and crannies of Oke-Ogun.
The booster facilities we're therefore upgraded and new
transmitter and other necessities provided in order to make it a
full fledge station borne out of the need to better serve the 10
local government Areas of the region and its people making it
Oke-Ogun FM, Alaga operates the frequency Modulation 96.3 and
covers the length and breadth of Oke-Ogun.
