M.V.P began his podcast, PWANI HIP HOP FLAVA, in 2021 with the goal of analyzing the demise of pwani hip hop music and musicians.

The podcast’s co-host and name have both changed. It is a conversational show with a concentration on hip-hop music and culture, but it also covers a wide range of other topics. Most of the east African hip-hop culture is covered. Expect to hear personal comments, album breakdowns, and discussion with the biggest funs in hip-hop. The show is not guest-based, but there may be the rare phone call or interview with a guest.
